“Andrew assisted the Council with its strategic planning recently, and as a completely new entity, this was a challenging task to say the least. The Council found Andrew’s approach personable, refreshing, insightful, and welcomed the wealth of knowledge he brought to the strategic planning day. Prior to the planning day, Andrew demonstrated a willingness to try and understand the profession and gather background information, by engaging with Council members, providers, and professional groups.
A few challenges arose during the day and Andrew was able to manage these well and modify the content and direction of the day to accommodate these. He provided a safe environment for learning and discussions and everyone found the day enjoyable, interactive, and most importantly, productive!”
